We deliver value to clients in areas such as Digital Strategy Consulting, Benchmarking, Analytics and Optimization. Typically, this helps Gartner's clients to execute on their strategic priorities, across all sectors, including:

  • Digital Acceleration and Transformation
  • Enterprise Enablement
  • Big Data and Analytics
  • Applications Rationalization
  • Cloud Strategy
  • Sourcing and Ecosystem Optimization
  • Contract and Cost Optimization
  • Security and Risk Management

What You'll Do:

Our Senior Consultants are part of an experienced project delivery team. You will be part of a team that will execute IT strategy projects while advising clients on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes.

What You'll Need:

  • An understanding in ideally a few core IT domains, but especially in Data Analytics, Low-/No-Code and Cloud-based Transformation
  • Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity such as a business analyst, cloud architect or agile coach
  • Experience working with multiple IT solutions advising on application architecture, platforms, tools and application development as well as on DevOps and agile ways of working
  • Experience in the implementation of enterprise business applications (e.g. MS Dynamics, Salesforce)
  • At least 6 years of experience
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to travel and work in a diverse international environment.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and seek and accept guidance and coaching from team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills (ideally in critical political environments);
  • Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking as well as the capacity to accept out of-the-box solutions;
  • Ability to synthesize and translate complex technical aspects into business terms
  • Autonomous, positive thinker, highly flexible and willing to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Coachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement;
  • A consistently high achiever marked by perseverance, humility and a positive outlook in the face of challenges.
