Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and profitability, while ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in maximizing sales and profitability
  • Understand local market trends and communicate this information to the Store Manager
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-quality team, and provide guidance to staff to maintain the highest in-store standards
  • Plan and execute product flow, manage back-of-house operations, and ensure best practices in team rotas and staffing levels
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, including coaching, counselling, and developing people
  • Qualification in Business Administration or related field (or 2+ years' additional experience)
  • Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, people development, and management
  • Impressive track record delivering a top level of customer service
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
