About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. as a Senior Agile Transformation Lead. As a trusted partner to the senior Agile Coach, you will serve as a sparring partner for Agile role holders in all aspects of the transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide, by promoting an understanding of Scrum theory and practice within the Scrum Team and the organization.
  • Be accountable for the effectiveness of the Scrum Team by enabling them to continuously improve their practices within the Scrum framework.
  • Demonstrate true leadership by serving both the Scrum Team and the larger organization.
Requirements
  • 20-30 hours availability per week;
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a preference for those who have experience in Agile within a technical area;
  • Relevant Agile certificates such as PSMI, PSMII, and PSPO I are required;
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master;
  • Experience working with value streams and complex organizations;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Highly analytical;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Pragmatic;
  • Forward-thinking;
  • Strong conceptual skills;
  • Hands-on approach to achieving goals;
  • You are not afraid to take risks and have a clear vision that you are passionate about sharing and pursuing;
  • As a great coach, you have the ability to inspire your colleagues;
  • Having an open mindset towards organizational difficulties will be advantageous;
  • Fluent English skills are required for effective communication in both verbal and written forms.
