Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Oracle NetSuite.

About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, and will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and understand prospective customer needs, personas, processes, projects, and requirements to ascertain potential solutions.
  • Perform outbound prospecting through cold-calling, emails, and social media to generate high-quality, BANT-qualified leads that can be promoted to sales.
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite solutions and our value proposition to speak around value and return on investment vs technical functionalities.
  • Maintain a high volume of tailored, strategic, multi-channel outreach for your target accounts.
  • Confidently interact with and influence key personnel up to and including executives at the highest levels of an organization.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with the account executives that you support.
  • Prioritize your time and accounts effectively to ensure success.
Requirements
  • Native level of Dutch and fluency in English (additional languages advantageous).
  • BS/BA degree in Business Management, Finance, or Economics.
  • Minimum 12 months of professional sales experience involving researching, prospecting, cold-calling, and consistent achievement of quota attainment.
  • Adaptable, resilient, self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to succeed.
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
