Enterprise Account Strategist

You will act as a trusted advisor to our key clients, driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships. Your primary focus will be on identifying and capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
To achieve this, you will develop and execute comprehensive commercial account plans, ensuring seamless alignment with client needs and goals.
A key aspect of your role will be to proactively manage client relationships, conduct regular business reviews, and evaluate customer roadmaps to optimize solution delivery.
You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure effective collaboration and tailored solutions.
- Proven ability to navigate and build relationships across different organizational layers in international corporate environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently articulate complex solutions.
- Strong commercial mindset, customer-focused approach, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in Dutch & English is required, and additional languages would be a plus.
