We're seeking a skilled Key Account Strategist to collaborate with a global beverages brand, suppliers, and internal teams.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive project success.
- Providing technical expertise on print and branded merchandise projects to support clients' needs.
- Contributing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Briefing suppliers and ensuring they align with client requirements.
- Monitoring project progress to guarantee timely, high-quality delivery.
- Utilizing company tools to track activity and maintain organization.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement new processes.
- Managing budgets to ensure profitability and meeting KPIs and SLAs.
- Attending off-site meetings and press passes as required.
- Identifying new business opportunities with trade marketing teams.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Measuring customer satisfaction and taking action to improve where necessary.
Requirements
- Strong account management experience in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
- Previous experience in branded premiums, barware, or POS marketing is highly valued.
- Solid background in print and digital solutions, including campaign management.
- Ability to troubleshoot unexpected project challenges effectively.
- Leadership or team management experience is an asset.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commercial understanding.
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Apps is beneficial.
