We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing and facilitating change initiatives across the company.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, they will be able to develop and deliver effective training programs, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive sustainable change within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with transformation initiatives.
  • Identify stakeholder impacts and create mitigation strategies.
  • Define success metrics and track progress.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key affected groups.
  • Maintain communication to address concerns and provide updates.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in successfully managing change initiatives within large organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • You are currently a resident in the Netherlands, Spain, France or Germany and you have the right to work in the country.
