Category Manager

Flink is seeking a talented Category Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing our categories in sales and margin by making data-driven decisions and staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce developments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize our categories in sales and margin
- Make data-driven decisions to inform category management decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce developments and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail Media, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Hub Operations
- Identify areas for optimization within category management and implement changes to improve performance
- 1+ years of relevant work experience as a buyer, category manager, or key account manager within the food or non-food industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a similar field
- Demonstrable experience in making pragmatic decisions to achieve business income
- Working proficiency (C1) in both English and Dutch
- An annual Learning budget of €1000 and individual coaching options
- 26 vacation days + 1 additional day per year of service up to a maximum of 30 days
