Job Description

ORTEC is a global leader in optimizing business processes and enriching data, enabling our clients to be more efficient, profitable, and competitive. We are seeking a skilled Cloud Application Engineer to join our Systems & Applications team in the IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, monitor, expand, and improve our Microsoft-based application landscape.
  • Participate in various projects and perform tasks such as preparing, executing, and managing these projects.
  • Collaborate with the team on functional and technical maintenance tasks, developing, testing, accepting, and implementing changes, and resolving third-party requests.
  • Use analytical skills and experience to provide expert advice to the business.
  • Anticipate how current applications should evolve and how new technologies can be integrated to benefit ORTEC.
Requirements
  • HBO work and thinking level, obtained through an HBO education in IT/Informatics or acquired through experience.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure (InTune / SSO / MFA), and Microsoft SQL Server is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (verbal and written).
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate this into solutions.
  • Experience in project-based work and a willingness to deliver high-quality results.
  • Open to ideas from others, understanding different cultural perspectives, and able to convey your ideas to others.
