About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Manager Technical Assets to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for the maintenance and reliability of our equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Coordinate with production teams to identify and address technical issues
- Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a production environment
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
