Manager Technical Assets
De Jong Verpakking BV is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Technical Assets to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the maintenance and reliability of our technical assets, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure effective execution of maintenance plans
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance services
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role
- Proven track record of improving maintenance efficiency and reducing downtime
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
