Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our production team at our state-of-the-art facility in De Lier. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production process, improving productivity, and implementing maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of approximately 300 employees across multiple shifts.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational excellence, increase production capacity, and reduce costs.
- Oversee the maintenance and asset management of our production equipment.
- Collaborate with our management team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management position at a production company.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and asset management.
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language.
