Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our team at De Jong Verpakking BV. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production facility, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the production process to meet customer demands and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and increase production capacity.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in a management position at a production company.
- Knowledge of maintenance and asset management.
- Completed Bachelor/Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Coaching and leadership skills to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Good command of the Dutch and English language.
- Fixed-term contract with the potential for a permanent position.
