Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our team at De Jong Verpakking. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our factory, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead daily activities in the factory
- Develop and implement plans to improve production efficiency and quality
- Manage a team of approximately 150 employees
- Oversee the output of production lines and total OEE
- Identify areas for improvement in the production process
- Plan and organize production activities
- Monitor and optimize production costs
- Prepare reports and analyses on production performance
Requirements:
- At least a bachelor's degree in a technical field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry
- Extensive knowledge of production processes and techniques
- Fluent in Dutch and English (speaking and writing)
- Result-oriented and analytical
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Stress-resistant and able to prioritize effectively
- Hands-on mentality and proactive
