Talent Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Marketing Specialist to join our team at Dow Benelux B.V. in Terneuzen, The Netherlands. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Talent Marketing strategy for the EMEAI region to support regional hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities- Create tactical plans for omnichannel talent marketing campaigns and partner with other teams to finalize and implement those campaigns.
- Identify new channels and marketing tools to expand our reach.
- Present specialist knowledge in an understandable and engaging manner to increase Dow brand awareness.
- Function as key contact between Dow Recruiters, Public Affairs, Sourcing, and External Vendors, and serve as a valuable advisor and subject matter expert for Talent Marketing topics.
- Identify and drive Talent Marketing opportunities for (future) improvements.
