Adams Multilingual Recruitment is seeking a Business Partnership Developer to join our team. As a Business Partnership Developer, you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships with retail businesses across the Amsterdam and Utrecht regions.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and building relationships. You will be working closely with our partners to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to build trust with our partners, and have a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage commercial relationships with retail businesses across the Amsterdam and Utrecht regions
- Onboard and train new agents
- Build strong relationships with agents to ensure loyalty and business growth
- Ensure strong relationships with partners to drive revenue growth
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and business-level English
- Valid work and residence permit for the Netherlands
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry
- Excellent communication and sales skills
