About the Role
We are seeking an Order Management Intern to join our Customer Fulfillment team for a period of 6 months. As an intern, you will be responsible for managing incoming Business to Business customer orders for our European Partners, running reports, and assisting with SOX controls by analyzing the correctness of existing documents within our Business Operations department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage orders, queries, and claims from order entry through to delivery shipment of product to customer respecting Service Level Agreements.
- Interface with various levels of sales, operations, and other functional groups to ensure orders flow appropriately.
- Communicate business requirements with all stakeholders effectively.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master study program for the full-period of the internship and available to travel 2/3 times per week to the office.
- Self-organization and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (specifically good Excel skills).
- Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, German, French.
