Wat ga je doen?

Als Account Manager High End Security ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, adviseurs, partners en prospects in Nederland. Jouw missie is tweeledig: het uitbouwen van bestaande relaties en het vergroten van de klanttevredenheid, en tegelijkertijd voor een groot deel actief nieuwe klanten werven om de omzetgroei te maximaliseren.

Hoe zul je het doen?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het lokaliseren en initiëren van commerciële trajecten bij bestaande klanten en prospects. Netwerken om prospects te ontmoeten en de markt in kaart te brengen om de kansen te herkennen. Samen met je collega's van de binnendienst, productmanagement, het "digital team," en de projectenafdeling zorg je ervoor dat we optimale resultaten bereiken.

Wie zoeken we?
  • Je hebt minimaal een HBO werk- en denkniveau of gelijkwaardige ervaring/opleiding.
  • Je hebt 3-5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële functie binnen een technische omgeving, bij voorkeur in de beveiligingssector.
  • Je bent leergierig, nieuwsgierig, en volgt graag de laatste ontwikkelingen in de security markt, inclusief relevante opleidingen.
  • Je kunt je gemakkelijk in onze organisatie integreren, legt moeiteloos contacten en bent een uitstekende netwerker. Je weet je vast te bijten in nieuwe prospects.
  • Je bent hands-on, proactief, en een teamspeler. Je motiveert jezelf en anderen om samen tot uitstekende resultaten te komen.
  • Je bent een doorzetter en schuwt niet om klanten de juiste vragen te stellen.
  • Stressbestendigheid en prioriteiten stellen zijn voor jou geen probleem, zelfs als je aan meerdere opdrachten tegelijk werkt.
  • Je bent een autodidact en zoekt proactief naar productinformatie binnen Johnson Controls.
  • Je bent proactief en een constructief en positief onderdeel van het Sales team.
  • Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal uitstekend, zowel in woord als geschrift.
  • MS Office- en CRM-applicaties hebben geen geheimen voor jou.
