Job Title: Account Manager High End Security

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with key clients in the high-end security sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the high-end security sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to differentiate our offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the high-end security sector.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
