ICT Business Applications Specialist

Job Summary:

Xindao is seeking a skilled ICT Business Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ICT Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues with our applications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and document new requirements.
  • Develop and implement practical solutions aligned with the application's design.
  • Document changes clearly for external teams.
  • Propose ideas for system improvements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to test changes effectively.
  • Lead and organize project teams.

Main Tasks:

  • Investigate requirements and document changes.
  • Craft and update user-friendly manuals.
  • Test system changes before implementation.
  • Implement new processes, systems, and procedures.
  • Provide training to end-users.
  • Be the go-to person for Salesforce and MyTrialhead.

Requirements:

  • Tech-savvy and knowledgeable about commercial applications.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Practical problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
  • Bonus if you can speak Dutch.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a ICT Business Applications Specialist.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce is a plus.
