About the Role
Fugro is seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our File Management Workflow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the business and technology vision for this critical workflow, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure usability, business viability, and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the business and technology vision for the File Management Workflow in collaboration with domain experts, business representatives, solution architects, and lead engineers.
- Lead the workflow discovery, build, adopt, and run cycle, mapping current workflow processes in various global regions and defining a to-be standard.
- Ensure assumptions and designs are validated before major build investment.
- Guide delivery teams towards required workflows.
- Create a continuous discovery and improvement process to feed in requirements from users and set prioritization criteria in the delivery phase.
- Organize the adoption of workflows in various Fugro regions globally with clear rollout plans and support.
- Define OKRs for the workflow and govern it with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in similar roles.
- Experience with product management of integrated systems, successfully managing a product from ideation through adoption.
- Ability to define business value and control value against cost over time.
- Experience with products managing large volumes of data in file formats.
- Experience and perseverance in discovering the entire lifecycle management of digital products.
- Ability to manage key stakeholders and lead organizational change.
- Experience with organizing file data backbone on edge and cloud systems.
- Understanding of AI tagging, searching, and contextualizing files is an advantage.
