Job Description

Fugro is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the development of its Geo-Data file management workflow. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for defining the business and technology vision of the workflow, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements, and guiding the delivery teams towards successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the business and technology vision of the workflow in collaboration with domain experts, business representatives, and solution architects.
  • Lead the workflow discovery, build, adopt, and run cycle, mapping current processes and defining a standardized approach.
  • Validate assumptions and designs before major build investments.
  • Guide delivery teams towards required workflows.
  • Create a continuous discovery and improvement process to feed user requirements and set prioritization criteria.
  • Organize the adoption of workflows in various Fugro regions globally, with clear rollout plans and support.
  • Define OKRs for the workflow and govern it with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in similar roles.
  • Experience with product management of integrated systems, successfully managing products from ideation to adoption.
  • Ability to define business value and control value against cost over time.
  • Experience with products managing large volumes of data in file formats.
  • Perseverance in discovering the entire lifecycle management of digital products.
  • Ability to manage key stakeholders and lead organizational change.
  • Experience with organizing file data backbones on edge and cloud systems.
  • Understanding of AI tagging, searching, and contextualizing files is an advantage.
