Senior Manager Membership Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Membership Marketing team at Independent Recruiters. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive membership and loyalty program strategy that drives engagement and retention across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a long-term membership and loyalty program vision that inspires and energizes stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Member Insights & Tech Operations team to develop a deep understanding of member behavior and identify key areas of focus
  • Translate the vision and strategy into short-term, mid-term, and long-term program roadmaps
  • Conduct comprehensive research on membership and loyalty programs and benchmark against top performers
  • Act as the business owner/stakeholder for general member experiences and channel-specific member journey development
  • Provide strategic (project) support to the Director of Membership

Requirements:

  • Approximately 8-12 years of experience working in a high-paced, international setting, preferably with a global premium fashion brand
  • Strategic, analytical, collaborative, creative, and able to think critically and comprehensively
  • Skilled in strategy development and able to effectively communicate it to a broad range of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and high levels of energy, capable of pitching new ideas to functional partners
  • Experience in membership marketing
  • Able to translate strategy into concrete action, both immediately and long-term
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)

The salary will depend on your current knowledge and experience. This is a full-time hybrid position for 6 months.
