About the Position
We are seeking an outstanding Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our team at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. As a research fellow, you will be part of our Business-Society Management department and contribute to our research on corporate purpose and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and publish research in the field of corporate purpose and communication
- Contribute to the research centre and to the department's scholarship in this field
- Engage in public outreach and engagement with stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have a PhD from a leading business school or a related field, with a focus on corporate purpose, leadership, or communication. You will also demonstrate a potential for excellence in research, with a track record of publishing in highly ranked journals.
