Postdoctoral Research Fellow: Corporate Purpose and Communication

About the Position
We are seeking an outstanding postdoctoral research fellow to join our team at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. The successful candidate will be part of the Business-Society Management department and will work closely with the Corporate Communication Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and publish research in the field of corporate purpose and communication.
- Contribute to the research centre and to the department's scholarship in this field.
- Engage in public outreach and engagement with stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have completed or expect to complete a PhD from a leading business school, or a PhD in a related field, with a focus on corporate purpose, leadership, or communication. The candidate should demonstrate a potential for excellence in research, with a track record of publications in top-tier journals.
