We are seeking an outstanding postdoctoral research fellow to join our team at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. The successful candidate will be part of the Business-Society Management department and will work closely with the Corporate Communication Centre.
Job DescriptionThe postdoctoral research fellow will conduct and publish research in the field of corporate purpose and communication. The successful candidate will contribute to the research centre and the department's scholarship in this field, engage in public outreach and engagement with stakeholders, and participate in the development of research projects.
RequirementsTo be eligible for this position, the candidate must have completed or expect to complete a PhD from a leading business school or a related field by autumn 2024. The successful candidate will demonstrate a potential for excellence in research, as evidenced by publications in highly ranked journals.
What We OfferWe offer a strong research environment, a research budget that covers conference participation, data collection, and research assistance, and conditions of employment that comply with the collective labour agreement for Dutch universities. The successful candidate will also benefit from a generous number of vacation days, a holiday allowance of 8%, and an end-of-year bonus of 8.3%.
