Job Title: Postdoctoral Research Fellow

We are seeking an outstanding postdoctoral research fellow to join our team at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). The successful candidate will be part of the Business-Society Management department and will work closely with the Corporate Communication Centre.

Job Description:

The postdoctoral research fellow will conduct and publish research in the field of corporate purpose and communication. The successful candidate will contribute to the research centre and the department's scholarship in this field. Additionally, the fellow will engage in public outreach and engagement with stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be eligible for this position, the candidate must have completed a PhD from a leading business school or a related field, with a focus on corporate purpose, leadership, or communication. The successful candidate will demonstrate a potential for excellence in research, as evidenced by publications in highly ranked journals.

Employment Conditions and Benefits:

We offer a strong research environment, a research budget, and attractive employment conditions, including a holiday allowance, an end-of-year bonus, and a generous number of vacation days. The conditions of employment comply with the collective labour agreement for Dutch universities (CAO NU). Favourable tax agreements may apply to applicants who are not from the Netherlands.
