About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Community Supervisor to join our team at The Social Hub in The Hague. As a Community Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience.

Main Responsibilities


  • Supervise and work closely with our front-of-house staff to provide excellent service to our guests.
  • Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and be able to effectively promote them to our guests.
  • Handle any guest or team member queries or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our hotel operations and be able to provide guidance and support to the team when needed.
  • Foster strong relationships with our guests and team members by being approachable, friendly, and responsive to their needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by being proactive, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile.

Requirements


  • 1 year of hotel experience or team leading experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and composed demeanor in challenging situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills in English (and any other languages spoken is a plus).
