Job Title: Engineering Manager, FinTech

We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our team of talented engineers and drive the development of our FinTech products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and deployment of FinTech products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical strategies.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Develop and implement technical plans, including architecture, design, and testing.
  • Mentor and coach engineers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring the stability and security of our systems.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on FinTech and SAP.
  • 3-4 years of experience in people leadership, with a proven track record of managing multicultural teams.
  • Strong experience with security management, risk analysis, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
