Are you a skilled automotive engineer looking for a challenging position in fuel injection system development? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced System Development Support Engineer Fuel Injection to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. In this role, you will be responsible for developing heavy-duty diesel engines, focusing on fuel injection equipment control and diagnostics. Your tasks will include defining system-level requirements based on new emission and OBD standards, leading FMEA and assessing the impact of new content on various systems, developing and tracking validation plans for FIE performance through testing and simulations, and leading root cause analysis and providing improvement proposals for FIE-related issues. Additionally, you will support calibration engineers in calibrating new controller concepts.
Functie-eisen
For this position, we are looking for a MSc in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering with specialization in dynamics and control. You should have at least 3 years of experience in fuel injection controller development, with knowledge of European and North American emission and OBD regulations. Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies, such as DMAIC, DFSS, FMEA, P-diagrams, and fault tree analysis, is also required. You should possess strong technical problem-solving skills and experience leading technical teams. Competencies such as initiative, collaboration, result-oriented, analytical, and excellent communication skills are essential. Fluency in English is a must, with Dutch being a plus.
