System Development Support Engineer for Fuel Injection Systems

Als System Development Support Engineer voor Fuel Injection Systems bij Trinamics Beheer B.V. ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van zware diesel motoren, met focus op brandstofinjectieapparatuur (FIE) controle en diagnose. Je definieert systeemniveau-eisen op basis van nieuwe emissie- en OBD-standaarden. Je leidt FMEA en beoordeelt de impact van nieuwe inhoud op verschillende systemen. Je ontwikkelt en volgt validatieplannen voor FIE-prestaties door middel van testen en simulaties (SIL, HIL, motor). Je leidt root cause analyse en biedt verbeteringsvoorstellen voor FIE-verwante problemen. Je ondersteunt kalibratie-engineers bij het kalibreren van nieuwe controllerconcepten.

Functie-eisen

- MSc in Automotive of Mechanical Engineering met specialisatie in dynamica en controle.
- 3+ jaar ervaring in brandstofinjectiecontrollerontwikkeling (EU- en NA-emissie- en OBD-reguleringen).
- Kennis van Six Sigma methodologieën (DMAIC, DFSS, FMEA, P-diagrammen, foutboomanalyse).
- Sterke technische probleemoplossingsvaardigheden met ervaring in het leiden van technische teams.
- Competenties: initiatief, samenwerking, resultaatgericht, analytisch, uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Vloeiend Engels; Nederlands is een plus.
