We are seeking an Operations Manager to enhance our current Operations team within a rapidly expanding Distribution center.
This role involves overseeing operations around the clock in three shifts, playing a crucial role in ensuring that the dispatch processes function smoothly, enabling daily shipments.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the entire Operations Process during your assigned shifts.
• Lead the operation proactively, ensuring adherence to compliance, performance metrics, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
• Establish, agree upon, and manage objectives and KPIs with your direct reports to achieve a top-tier operation.
• Evaluate and analyze operational performance against company and customer KPIs, implementing necessary actions for continuous improvement.
• Foster communication, engagement, and ongoing enhancements throughout the warehouse, with a consistent focus on process optimization.
• Organize, supervise, and coordinate operations at the Distribution center during your shifts.
• Plan weekly workloads, prioritizing tasks to meet established objectives.
• Provide training and assessments for team members, including performance evaluations.
• Ensure that Warehouse Managers have the required resources.
• Coordinate the teams of Warehouse Managers.
Qualifications for Success at GXO
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics or warehouse management (Operations Manager) within automated logistics or distribution environments.
• Proficient in PC applications – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, with the ability to create and analyze spreadsheets and data.
• Professional-level proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish and Dutch is a plus.
• Strong management, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Capable of planning, conflict analysis, and resolution.
• Demonstrated flexibility, proactivity, and initiative.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Skills in change and conflict management.
• Capacity to influence and innovate.
• Results-oriented, persistent, decisive, and resilient under stress.
