Job Title: Senior Engine Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engine Development Specialist to join our team at Yacht. As a Senior Engine Development Specialist, you will play a key role in the development and integration of engine systems for our trucks. You will be responsible for leading projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our engines meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and fuel efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead engine development projects from conception to delivery
* Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop engine systems
* Ensure that engine systems meet performance, reliability, and fuel efficiency targets
* Work closely with production engineering to ensure smooth production ramp-up
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications

Requirements:

* Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
* At least 5 years of experience in engine development and integration
* Strong technical knowledge of engine systems and components
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
