Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trader Graduate to join our expanding sales trading team. As a Sales Trader Graduate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying trade opportunities, and executing trades. You will work closely with our experienced sales traders and be supported with training sessions to develop your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and outreach;
- Identify trade opportunities and execute trades in accordance with company policies and procedures;
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients;
- Work closely with the sales trading team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue;
- Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge in sales trading and environmental commodities.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field;
- Experience in sales, trading, or a related field is an asset;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets;
- Knowledge of environmental commodities and trading markets is an asset.
