Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trader Graduate to join our expanding sales trading team in Amsterdam. As a Sales Trader Graduate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying trade opportunities, and providing daily pricing and insights to market actors.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively build and maintain client relationships through direct prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Communicate with clients through various channels to understand their business needs and identify trade opportunities.
- Support in executing trades and provide daily pricing and insights to market actors.
- Monitor markets and stay updated on financial news and developments to make informed decisions.
- Stay informed about the products being traded and current on new products and procedures.
- Be responsible for achieving individual revenue targets and promoting OTC Flow's services to increase market share.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales, brokerage, business development, account management, or similar client-facing roles.
- Native-level proficiency in one of the following languages: Dutch, French, German, Polish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, a commercial attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Dedicated to achieving high targets early in your professional career.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, proactive, resilient, and ambitious.
