Als Interim Team Lead Combat bij Nouvall Engineering Services bent u verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van een team van technische subcontract managers die samenwerken met leveranciers van gevechtsystemen wereldwijd. U werkt nauw samen met de Combat System Integrator om de integratie van de effectoren in het Combat Management System te faciliteren. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de dagelijkse operaties en het plannen van korte- en middellange termijndoelen voor het team.

Je profiel
U heeft meer dan 6 jaar ervaring in engineering en subcontract management, vooral in complexe systemen, met name in gevechtsgerelateerde velden. U bent bekend met een breed scala aan engineeringconcepten en -praktijken, waaronder het V-model. U bent bereid om uitgebreid en frequent te reizen voor zakelijke doeleinden of te werken in het buitenland.
