Combat Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Combat Team Lead to join our team at Damen Naval. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical subcontract managers in the integration of combat systems on the F126 frigates.
About the Role
The Combat Team Lead will work closely with the Combat System Integrator and platform engineering department to ensure seamless integration of effectors into the Combat Management System. This will involve coordinating with suppliers, managing team resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of engineering services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical subcontract managers in the integration of combat systems.
- Coordinate with the Combat System Integrator and platform engineering department.
- Manage team resources and ensure timely delivery of engineering services.
- Develop and validate engineering products and services within agreed schedules and quality standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in engineering and subcontract management.
- Good command of English and German languages.
- Demonstrable experience in working in large, complex projects.
- Understanding of engineering concepts and practices.
