Product Manager Quality Assurance Innovator

We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join our team in the Netherlands, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic vision and execution of assortment quality innovations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' experience by ensuring the quality and safety of our products at all times.
About the RoleAs a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding a talented team of engineers while collaborating with fellow product managers, product analysts, product designers, and business stakeholders. You'll start by co-creating and implementing our new detection service to detect unwanted products faster. Your key objectives will include devising initiatives to accurately prioritize problems and opportunities, basing decisions on clear product objectives, and ensuring that initiatives align with the overall product vision.
Responsibilities- Define the optimum strategy to achieve our vision of making our assortment 100% reliable.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and collaborate intensively with stakeholders to identify opportunities and foster alignment and commitment.
- Spark enthusiasm for new opportunities and convert that enthusiasm into hypotheses and experiments.
- Empower your team to work product-led, ensuring the team runs smoothly, and each member feels seen, heard, understood, inspired, and motivated.
- Communicate and promote your product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in product management, preferably in large and complex organizations. You should have strong analytical and conceptual skills, empathy, and a gift for communicating and presenting convincingly. The ability to inspire, motivate, and encourage teams and stakeholders alike is essential.
