Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled forklift operator for a prominent organization specializing in the metal industry. This company is known for its transparency, flexibility, and capability to handle both simple and complex manufacturing tasks, including punching, laser cutting, typesetting, and welding, as well as delivering fully assembled products.

Key Responsibilities:

As a forklift operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Safely picking up, transporting, and installing sheet metal and other materials.
  • Verifying associated documentation for accuracy.
  • Managing stock administration tasks, including ordering and inventory tracking.
  • Supplying the production floor with pallets and transport racks as needed.
  • Stocking production machines as assigned and maintaining a clean work environment by removing residual materials.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A diploma at the LBO or MBO level.
  • Relevant experience in the metal sector.
  • A valid forklift operator's license with several years of driving experience.
  • A proactive and independent work ethic, demonstrating initiative and a customer-oriented approach.
  • A strong focus on safety and attention to detail in the workplace.
