## Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled IT employee to join our team at Luba. As an IT employee, you will play a critical role in supporting our Operations and Quality teams in day-to-day IT tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently, with minimal downtime. This will involve managing hardware, software, video systems, and licenses, as well as resolving internal malfunctions and software errors. You will also be responsible for responding to internal usage requests and problems, and analyzing and advising customers and colleagues on appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will participate in IT meetings with colleagues from the UK and America, and take the lead in IT projects in our Dutch branch. You will be expected to build positive relationships with all parties involved and ensure that your colleagues are informed and up-to-date on IT-related matters. If you have relevant education and/or training and experience within a similar role, we encourage you to apply.
