Programmatic Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Programmatic specialist to join our team at DEPT, a pioneering digital agency with a deep skillset in tech and marketing. As a Programmatic Advertising Consultant, you will be responsible for managing programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing campaigns for performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients, and contributing to programmatic best practices within the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a plan that advises the most suitable creatives and effectively reaches the target group and efficiently achieves the client's objectives.
- Translate the results into insights, advice, and new plans that can be presented clearly at every level.
- Manage programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, including DV360, The Trade Desk, alongside other DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
- Analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
- Deliver and present work with data-driven insight and analytics both internally and externally.
- Relevant and proven experience in programmatic advertising, with knowledge of the Google Stack, Google Ads (Display/Video), DSP (e.g. Adform, Tradedesk, DV360), GMP, and Analytics.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide insights and recommendations based on data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience presenting plans to senior clients and internal teams.
- Experience in managing programmatic campaigns in video, display, digital audio, digital outdoor, and CTV channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is required, Dutch is preferred).
