We're seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our team at Picnic, a rapidly growing online supermarket. As a Tech Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a development team and driving the delivery of high-quality, secure, and performant solutions for our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a development team and empower them to deliver high-quality solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and resilient solutions
- Plan, prioritize, and make trade-offs to ensure business goals are achieved
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members
- Manage a sustainable support model for your product
We're looking for a seasoned software engineer with a strong background in back-end development, including Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. You should have at least 7 years of experience and a profound understanding of complex challenges.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in back-end development
- At least 2 years of experience in leading projects and/or teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas
