Your Role:

In this position as a 3D CAD Application Specialist, you will be working within the IT Engineering Solutions department of Royal IHC. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and improving the Solid Edge application, integrated into our global PLM environment.

You will collaborate with a multinational team to work on exciting projects, focusing on tasks such as implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies and seeking guidance from solution partners when necessary.

About the JobKey Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve the Solid Edge application, ensuring seamless integration with our global PLM environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to work on exciting projects, applying Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Seek guidance from solution partners when necessary to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Eagerness to learn more about Solid Edge with exposure to PLM, ERP, or manufacturing being a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and Scrum is advantageous but not mandatory; a keen interest in these areas is sufficient.
  • Good communication skills in English, spoken and written.
  • Customer-focused approach with basic knowledge of working in application environments.
  • Willingsness to learn, a knack for problem-solving, and a dash of creativity.
  • Adaptable attitude with the ability to take initiative and be flexible when needed.
