Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consumer Experience Intern to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a Consumer Experience Intern, you will play a key role in strengthening our Sensory and Consumer Experience methodologies by identifying, comparing, and experimenting with new ways to incorporate AI tools to speed up the process of generating and evaluating new innovations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explore AI tools and lead pilots for execution as a proof of principle to develop best practices for using the tools within the Consumer & Culinary Experience teams.
  • Help ensure a stronger chance for our products to be successful on the market by developing and implementing effective AI-powered consumer experience strategies.
  • Collaborate with our Consumer Culinary Experience Excellence manager to identify and compare new ways to incorporate AI tools into our innovation process.

Requirements

  • Master student in Sensory or Consumer Science or related field with classes in UX, CX, or Innovation.
  • Strong AI knowledge and experience with market design research and CTI.
  • Good statistics and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • EU working rights required.
