Job Title: Mobility Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Mobility Coordinator to join our team at HAS Green Academy. As a Mobility Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating international student mobility and ensuring a smooth experience for our students.

Job Summary:

The Mobility Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing international student mobility programs, including Erasmus and other exchange programs. You will work closely with students, faculty, and partner institutions to ensure a successful exchange experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement international student mobility programs, including Erasmus and other exchange programs
  • Work closely with students, faculty, and partner institutions to ensure a successful exchange experience
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of student mobility, including applications, approvals, and outcomes
  • Communicate with students, faculty, and partner institutions to provide information and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner institutions to promote and facilitate international student mobility
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international student mobility or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
