About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Back Office of Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating debt collections related to M&O invoices in The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily reminders for delayed payments
  • Communicate timely and accurately with all parties involved
  • Generate and communicate monthly overviews for key accounts
  • Liaise with invoicing staff regarding disputes
  • Initiate quarterly debt collection meetings with the marine department
  • Ensure clear communication with internal and external interfaces

Requirements

  • Higher Vocational Education and relevant work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language
  • Knowledge of MS Products (Outlook, Excel)
  • Pro-active team player
  • Accurate
  • Excellent administrative and communicative skills
