Job Title: Sample Technician

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Sample Technician to join our team at SGS. As a Sample Technician, you will be responsible for preparing liquid and solid samples, such as diesel, benzine, textiles, and plastics. You will work in a dynamic environment with a mix of physical and office work, approximately 80/20.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of samples for laboratory analysis
  • Shipping and tracking of samples
  • Managing sample inventory and documentation
  • Copying and preparing necessary documents
  • Handling small orders and procurement of bulk materials

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, as well as experience with chemical substances and/or hazardous materials. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and have good communication skills.
