Operations Maintenance Manager – Facility Management

We are seeking a skilled Operations Maintenance Manager – Facility Management to join our team at Organon.
About the Role
As an Operations Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, continuity, and safe operation of our facility management assets across our factories and offices in Oss. You will lead our technical hard services team, comprising team leads, work coordinators, and technicians, and be accountable for maintaining the good condition of our FM assets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, coordinating, executing, and analyzing corrective and preventive maintenance to improve the technical availability of our FM assets.
- Managing the maintenance team, including team leads, work coordinators, and technicians.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, such as production teams, and external partners, including maintenance service providers.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Developing and implementing operational processes and procedures.
- Managing maintenance budgets and financial planning.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or technical business administration.
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar complex industrial environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in a management role in an industrial or operational setting.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to implement tactical solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
- High organizational sensitivity and situational awareness.
- Strong result-oriented mindset, with a sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex and dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with senior management, colleagues, teams, service providers, and contractors.
