Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Maintenance Manager to join our Facility Management team in Oss. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, continuity, and safe operation of our facility management assets for our factories and offices in Oss.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical hard services team, comprising team leads, work coordinators, and technicians, with a focus on maintaining the optimal state of our FM assets.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve the technical availability of our FM assets, ensuring reliability, capacity, budget, and costs.
  • Collaborate with the technical alarm response team to respond to urgent issues and ensure the safe operation of our facilities.
  • Manage and optimize the maintenance process, including the planning, coordination, execution, and analysis of corrective and preventive maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with SHE (EHS) and GMP requirements, as well as internal and external regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or technical business administration.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in a complex industrial environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial or operational management role.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to implement tactical solutions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make decisions with minimal supervision.
