Our Story

We are a dynamic team at AUTO1 Group, a leading digital marketplace for used cars. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Auction Team as a Pricing and Customer Service Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our customers in creating optimal car listings, ensuring accurate data, and providing an exceptional customer experience. Your expertise in car sales and customer service will help us deliver a seamless buying and selling experience for our customers.

Your New Role
  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing guidance on creating effective car listings.
  • You will review customer data with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through the sales process, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • You will negotiate and discuss car prices with customers.
Your Skills
  • A degree and initial work experience in a back-office role, customer service, sales, or a similar field are a plus.
  • You enjoy customer interaction and have a structured, reliable, and solution-focused approach to work.
  • You have basic car knowledge and are motivated to learn more.
  • You are a team player with a hands-on mentality.
  • You have excellent communication skills, fluent in Dutch and English.
